Farmers' Market - Helena Farmer's Market has become the Saturday morning event for the local community for over 37 years. Local farmers, crafters, food vendors and others bring their Montana-made products downtown for the local Helena community to see and purchase. Visitors to the Helena area experience the fine produce and other products that are the best of what Helena offers locally.

Freedom Fest - Freedom Fest! Fourth of July celebration events include Huck Finn/Pollyanna Day, concerts, lighted float displays, 4th of July parade, street dance, fireworks display, veterans' picnic and patriotic ceremonies.

Great Divide Orchid Society Show and Sale - The Great Divide Orchid Society will hold its Annual Orchid Show and Sale in the Capital Hill Mall. Everyone is encouraged to enter their blooming orchids or orchid art in this show and bring your camera, there will be hundreds of beautiful and unique orchids on display.


Last Chance Stampede and Fair - Come and check out the exhibits, ride the rides, and enjoy this annual summertime extravaganza! With great entertainment and Northstar Amusements Carnival, plus three nights of PRCA Rodeo action and the Demolition Derby, you won't want to miss it.

Ol' Wild West Fest - Have fun with us as we recreate the days of the old west. The Festival is a wonderful, two day event, held the second weekend of August, every year. Plans include western re-enactments, a chili cook-off, a ball, a Bar-B-Q and Dinner show, children's activities, and a lot of food!

Mount Helena Music Festival - Come and enjoy an array of different music. There is something for everyone. Great local music. Also enjoy the Sidewalk Art Mart, held during the festival.

Stevensville Scarecrow Festival - A big bonfire and wiener roast, great music, fun or the whole family building the scarecrows, contests, pumpkin carving, and a Big Sale in the nursery and garden shop. Last year we had over 350 scarecrows made.

Spring Meadow Lake Cardboard Cup Regatta - The Spring Meadow Lake Cardboard Cup Regatta is a family fun event sponsored by Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks and Spring Meadow Resources. Building a boat requires some imagination, there are no size restrictions and the boat may be as big or small as the participants wish.
