Bill Roberts Municipal Golf Course - Come relax while you play a great game of golf on this beautiful course. The course has been open and thriving since 1925. Bill Roberts is a favorite among returning guests and visitors alike with an 18 hole course, practice facilities and breathtaking scenery.

Interactive, hands-on community education enrichment programs, involving kids, families and seniors, provide opportunities for experimentation and experiential investigation of subject areas, while also building community, and promoting appreciation of the differences among us.

Gates of the Mountains - Great towering walls of limestone still stand guard over the river. The 120-minute cruise starts at our marina, in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains between Helena and Great Falls, Montana. Aboard a comfortable open-air boat (covered in case of rain), you'll glide through magnificent this country area.

Great Divide - Great Divide is a progressive & fun family operated skisports mountain park that covers a lot of country. 140 trails and four terrific terrain parks are spread out over three mountain peaks and three distinct valleys on an area covering 1600 acres and three miles from end-to-end.

Great Northern Carousel - Ever taken a ride on a trout, dinosaur or grizzly bear? You can at the Great Northern Carousel. Be sure to bring the camcorder as you’ll want to preserve the memory of your little tykes' faces as they take a ride or three on this enchanting, turn-of-the-century carousel.

Helena Symphony - The mission of the Helena Symphony and Chorale is to provide classical music of the highest quality in live performances for the greater Helena community. They strive to create community through music; to expand symphonic musical experiences in public and private education.


Holter Museum of Art - Giant puppets, international artists, thought-provoking conversations, the desire to learn new media… all these and much more attract people of all ages to education events at the Holter Museum.

Last Chance Splash Waterpark and Pool - Come and enjoy a relaxing swim. Montana's Museum - Montana's Museum collects, preserves, and interprets fine art, historical, archaeological, and ethnological artifacts that pertain to Montana and its adjoining geographic region. Mount Helena City Park - This 620-acre park includes miles of hiking trails that take you through a variety of terrain. Most trails lead around the mountain; the Hogback Trail and the 1906 trail reach Mount Helena's summit.

Spring Meadow Lake State Park - Located on the western edge of Helena, this 30-acre spring fed man made lake is noted for its clarity and depth. This urban, day-use-only park is fed by natural springs, and is a popular spot for family afternoons of swimming, sunbathing, scuba diving, fishing, birdwatching, and pure play.
