Annual Augusta Arts and Crafts Show - United Maine Craftsmen hosts art & craft shows throughout the state. The largest show in the state is at the Cumberland Fairgrounds, just 10 miles north of Portland, always the second week in August. Come to the United Maine Craftsmen's Annual Augusta Arts and Crafts Show to start your Christmas shopping early.

Annual Christmas Craft Show - New England Craft Fairs and Shows will be your gateway to New Englands best Artists and Craftsmen. You will enjoy the crafts, the people and everything else that this great event has to offer!

Annual Mopar Car Show - Hosted by Darling's, this car show includes a judged show, free admission, T-shirts, door prizes, trophies, food, and fun for all! Come see these unique cars, rain or shine!

Atlantic Music Festival - The Atlantic Music Festival provides one of the most inspiring experiences of a lifetime. Every year, Atlantic Music Festival summons internationally recognized artists and young rising stars from all over the world to the beautiful state of Maine.

Augusta Farmers' Market - The current farmers’ market attracts vendors from seven counties. Come for all that you need and enjoy the farmer's market!

Central Maine Egg Festival - The Central Maine Egg Festival celebrates the brown egg industry and is held annually, ending on the fourth Saturday of July in Manson Park. There is a parade, scholarship pageant, Early Bird Breakfast, chicken barbeque, street dance, "Egglympics," craft fair, fun rides and fireworks on Saturday.

Country-Fest - Country Fest Maine will be a fun-filled weekend of great country, bluegrass and folk music. Outdoors under the clear Maine sky, festival goers will enjoy the music and camaraderie with fellow music lovers. If the weather doesn't cooperate, then Country Fest will move inside to the covered arena without missing a beat.


Festival of Nations - The Annual Greater Portland Festival of Nations at Deering Oaks Park is two days of food, music, dance and other performing arts, representing cultural traditions and exotic cuisines from across America and the world. Two stages of non-stop music and dance performances and ethic foods from around the world.

Flamingo Festival - Every year, Harbor House holds the fun-filled Flamingo Festival, a great family festival that truly has something for everyone. While it is whimsical, lighthearted and decidedly hot pink, the annual festival is integral to our mission of community building. Young, old and in-between, locals, summer people and tourists, all participate in the festivities, and our lawns, store windows and buildings proudly display the plastic pink creatures.

Quilt Show - More than 700 quilts will be on display at our annual show. The American Bus Association (ABA) announced that Maine Quilts, has been designated as one of the Top 100 Events in North America by an elite tourism industry selection committee.

Kennebec Celebration - The Annual Kennebec Celebration of the Spring Running takes place rain or shine from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Old Fort Western and the East Side Boat Launch on the Augusta waterfront. The free family event is a celebration of the spring running and life in, on and along the Kennebec River that will feature live music performances hosted by the Kennebec Conservatory.

The Kennebunkport Fine Living Festival - An early summer fine food, art and wine festival in New England’s quintessential Southern Maine Coast village by the sea. Artists, chefs, innkeepers, gallery owners and musicians share their passions for fine food, fine art, fine wine and fine living. Art shows, cooking demonstrations, live music, inn tours, and food & wine tastings.
