Aloha Festivals - The Aloha Festivals are the oldest and largest Hawaiian cultural event in the United States. They are a week long event that celebrates the traditional music, dance, art, and history of Hawaii.

Hawaii International Film Festival - Established in 1981, the Hawaii International Film Festival (HIFF) is dedicated to the advancement of understanding and cultural exchange among the peoples of Asia, the Pacific and North America through the medium of film. A premiere cinematic event in the Pacific that has had more than one dozen screening sites on six Hawaiian Islands and draws an audience from all over.

Honolulu Festival - The Honolulu Festival is Hawaii's premier cultural event, promoting understanding, economic cooperation and ethnic harmony between the people of Hawaii and the Asia-Pacific region. Each year, the Festival draws thousands of new and returning spectators who are looking for an experience beyond Hawaii.

Great Aloha Run - The Great Aloha run is a running marathon that takes place every February. It is an 8.15 mile race that starts at the Aloha Tower and ends at the Aloha Stadium.

50th State Fair - Thousands of island residents annually attend the fair to experience the thrill and excitement found only on an E. K. Fernandez Shows midway. The annual Hawaii State Fair takes place at Aloha Stadium. Attractions include rides, games, food, pig races, a Hypnotist, and much more.

King Kamehemeha Hula Competition - This international King Kamehameha Hula Festival is an international hula competition that includes traditional and contemporary hula styles featuring many different kinds of groups and people. Past contestants have included people from Canada, Japan, Mexico, California, Nevada, Texas, and of course Hawaii itself.

The Sony Open Golf Tournament - This annual golf tournament, held every January, attracts 144 of the world's greatest golf pros. This is one of Hawaii's biggest charity events, raising over nine million dollars for the local non-profit organizations since 1999. It was televised across the globe to over 150 countries, making this the most internationally-televised golf tournament in the world.

Ukulele Festival Hawaii - The Ukulele Festival in Hawaii is a non-profit Charitable event that was established in 2004. almost 20,000 locals and tourists enjoy this festival that lasts for hours on end where 100 ukulele are given away. Performers include Ukulele artists from all over the world.

Waikiki Roughwater Swim - This race is one that you won't want to miss. This annual event of swimming 2.384 miles from the New Otani Hotel to the Hilton Rainbow Tower is the most beautiful and exciting ocean race in the country, if not the world. While you are on the course, look for turtles, fish and dolphins. Don't miss this fantastic event!
