American Village - American Village near Montevallo presents reenactments of the Colonial period, especially times and events that shaped American history. Stroll through Constitution Green, the Southern Living Colonial Gardens and Liberty Bell Garden commemorating more than 250 years of Freedom.

Talladega Superspeedway - Talladega Superspeedway is the biggest, fastest, most competitive motorsports facility in the world. Also visit the International Motor Sports Hall of Fame right next door.

Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame - Exhibits convey the accomplishments of the likes of Nat King Cole, Duke Ellington, Lionel Hampton and Erskine Hawkins and the music that made them famous. Within this fine musical collection, visitors travel from the beginnings of boogie woogie with Clarence "Pinetop" Smith to the jazz space journeys of Sun Ra and his Intergalactic Space Arkestra.

AWF Youth Fishing Rodeo - The rodeo is open to anyone age 15 and under. This program provides the youth of Alabama a chance to enjoy the outdoors and learn about fishing.

Caribbean Day at the Park - This festival celebrates the rich diversity of Birmingham's people through reggae and rock-steady music. In the midst of the music and fun is an on-site Caribbean marketplace featuring authentic African garb, art, sculptures, fabric, hand-crafted jewelry, a Jamaican Jerk Chicken Cook-off, and a host of educational activities and other treasures from the island.

Zoolight Safari - Enjoy over half-a-million lights, the Holiday Train Ride, Jingle Bell Carousel, Santa's Rock'n Roller Racers, Winter Trail Hayride, story time, animal demos, and much more.
