AirFest at MacDill Air Force Base - One of the largest air shows in the Department of Defense, Air Fest features the U.S. Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron, the Thunderbirds, performing aerial maneuvers in their F-16 Fighting Falcons. Other air acts include a demonstration of the F-15 Strike Eagle, fly-bys by the B-52 Stratofortress, B-1 Lancer bombers, and the KC-135 Stratotanker. This show is usually in mid April.

Annual Victorian Christmas Stroll - Come experience the innocence and charm of a Victorian Christmas. While strolling down the Grand Hallway, your spirits will soar as you become immersed in beautiful music, Charles Dickens, much loved toys, wrapped gifts, Christmas stockings and Old Saint Nick.

Fiesta Day - Tampa's Historical Ybor City showcases its ethnic roots with Fiesta Day. Fiesta Day brings exciting entertainment to Ybor City with a unique flair, featuring multicultural acts representative of its ethnic community A 58-year old tradition, the festival extends several blocks, fills the streets with fun and activities such as arts & crafts, musical performances, ethnic style cuisine and cultural exhibits.

Florida State Fair - The annual Florida State Fair is a salute to the state's best in the agriculture and equestrian industry including an abundance of shows, music, rides, food and shopping for 12 consecutive days. Excitement is in the air all over the fairgrounds with plenty of free entertainment included with admission.


Florida Strawberry Festival - Each spring, the Florida Strawberry Festival rolls out the red carpet to welcome visitors from throughout the Sunshine State and the world. Guests come from near and far to enjoy exhibits of agriculture, commerce, industry, livestock, fine arts, horticulture, and crafts. The Florida Strawberry Festival represents a piece of Americana, a time in American history when fairs and festivals brought communities together through celebrations of their harvests.

Gasparilla Festival - Any Tampa resident can attest, "Gasparilla" means boats, pirates, parades, merriment and more. It means January is here, and the city's illustrious festival celebration is, once again, about to begin. The Gasparilla celebration encompasses a full week's worth of activities held throughout the city.

Light Up Tampa Bay - The city of Tampa will ring in the New Year with the annual "Light up Tampa Bay" fireworks display and celebration in Channelside this New Year's Eve.

Outback Bowl - The Outback Bowl is a New Year's Day college football game matching teams from the SEC and Big Ten Conference. The game is a culmination of a week-long schedule of events throughout the Tampa Bay.
