NASCAR Hall of Fame - The NASCAR Hall of Fame is an interactive, entertainment attraction honoring the history and heritage of NASCAR. The high-tech venue, designed to educate and entertain race fans includes artifacts, interactive exhibits, state-of-the-art theater, Hall of Honor, Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant, Sports Avenue retail outlet and NASCAR Media Group-operated broadcast studio.

UNC Charlotte Botanical Gardens - A notable combination of outdoor and indoor garden facilities on campus. Each garden has something unique to offer from orchids, desert plants, carnivorous plants, tropical wonders, native wildflowers, trees, and rhododendrons to the intimate, artful settings in the Harwood Garden including the Winter garden, Asian garden, Water Garden, and much rockwork throughout.

Charlotte St. Patrick's Day Parade & Charlotte Goes Green Festival - Uptown turns green each March when folks with things Irish on their minds gather to participate in the Queen City's annual St. Patrick's Day parade and festival. Those attending can expect to see Celtic bands, traditional Irish dancing, pipers and tons of emerald on display. Food and drink will be on hand at the festival, and there will also be plenty of activities to occupy the kids.

Festival in the Park - This four-day festival remembers the days when every city had a real park to bring residents together. Handcrafted collectibles, world-class art displays, and delicious fair food provide all the incentive people need to plan their schedules around the long weekend.

Carolina Mountain Ribfest - The festival features World Class professional barbecue competition Chefs from all over the country. They will be serving mouth watering, award winning BBQ Ribs, Chicken, Brisket, and Pulled Pork with all the traditional side dishes. A variety of scrumptious desserts and specialty comfort foods will also be available.
